Valentine’s Dinner 2013

Join us for a Valentine’s Day Dinner at Payette Brewing on February 14th. Doors at 5pm and the first course will be served from 5-6:30pm. This 5-course dinner will be perfect to share with your favorite person. Course 1: Marinated olives, mixed charcuterie, and fine cheeses

Course 2: Refreshing greens topped with pickled onions, beets, and goat cheese

Course 3: Red Pepper Bisque with buttermilk cream and pomegranate garnish

Course 4: Port stewed beef (or mushrooms) served over a basil-laced tamale finished with mint creme fraiche and tomato jam
